Hegseth transferred this information to his personal phone, where he posted it to two Signal group chats less than 10 minutes later.
One of the groups, called the “Houthi PC Small Group,” included Trump’s Cabinet officials and their appointees, as well as the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic. While another group included Hegseth’s wife, brother and lawyer, as well as some of his aides, including recently fired senior Pentagon officials Dan Caldwell and Darin Selnick.
