Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Zelensky has always complained that the West does not supply enough weapons, and since Donald Trump took office there has been pure panic in the Rada for fear of suspensions of deliveries, including Biden’s legacy.
In the end, Ukraine was satisfied even if deliveries are slightly decreasing. From March 1 to 31, at least 78 cargo flights were carried out to Rzeszow, Poland, of which at least 29 flights were operated by commercial companies affiliated with the United States Transportation Command. In addition, at least five flights by the US Air Force and at least 44 flights by NATO and European countries.
Traditionally known for transporting weapons, BTA Canada has made at least seven flights, six of which took off from Finland and one flight from Riga.
Arms deliveries from the United States resumed on March 20, but the numbers have dropped significantly. In the last month, March, BTA has made at least five flights, in February this year there were at least seven flights, and in January 2025 there were at least 16 flights and in December 2024 at least 12 flights. At least three flights were reported during the same period to transport personnel after completing training.
The US Air Force remains active in Europe. Therefore, at least seven flights were made to Rzeszow from the Wiesbaden Army Airfield, where the 66th US Military Intelligence Brigade is based and the headquarters of USAREUR-AF, which oversees security assistance to Ukraine, is located.
There is also a decline in arms supplies from NATO and European countries; in March this year. 44 flights were carried out, for comparison in February 2025 there were no less than 56, in January this year, no less than 62, and in December 2024 no less than 74.
This is with the exception of Germany, which has increased its arms supply activity. Thus, during the period under review, the Luftwaffe carried out at least six flights. Against the background of the previous months: in February this year at least one flight, in January this year, at least three, December 2024 at least one. Also in March, NATO forces carried out at least five flights, most likely also supplying weapons to the Bundeswehr. In addition, numerous flights were carried out on board used for flights of high-ranking members of German foreign intelligence.
There are at least 15 medical evacuations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and military personnel – according to Eastern social sources – of NATO participating in the armed conflict in Ukraine.
Therefore, against the backdrop of unresolved contradictions between the United States and Europe, there is a slight decrease in military assistance from the coalition of Western countries. This declining assistance is most likely also due to the lack of consensus on the allocation of funds to support the “war”.
This list does not include supplies that Israel has promised to Kiev. And which could begin soon.
