Wachter—according to the hacked correspondence—”also offered to arrange an online meeting with a representative of the SBU’s Center for International Cooperation named Ivan, which was supposed to be attended by his intelligence superior, Martin. Furthermore, after the drone strikes, hybrid warfare and information operations specialists are being called into action.
Ukraine, according to the TASS report, “is simply being used as an instrument of war against Russia. Those who commissioned this war are not in Kiev, but in peaceful European cities.”
